As part of our conference programme, we would like to feature any and all local archives, museums or heritage organizations from across the province. Our focus is on Diversity, and informing family historians about the wealth of information that is out there that might be hiding in the various collections that are held locally. We know that there are gems of information all over Ontario, and we would like to help shine a light on where genealogists might look for those hidden clues that could potentially break down a brick wall.
Our plan is to feature as many organizations as we can in several ways:
- We will include a full list of all organizations that submit the form to us in our downloadable syllabus, available to all conference registrants.
- We will feature up to twelve organizations live during the conference in our FastTracks lunch hours, for five minutes each.
- We will tag your organization on our social media during the three-month lead up to conference.
